Did you receive any other goods than you expected?

Were the goods damaged or degraded in any way? In this case, you are allowed to a complaint. Please write to us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will solve the problem together.

 

The selected product is too strong for you or did the purchased flavor not appeal to you?

You can return or exchange unopened and undamaged goods within 14 days. We return the money for the returned goods to the customer's account within 3 working days.

We have recently launched a complaint assistant at Zásilkovna. The main advantage is the speed of processing with a simple filling in of the complaint form. This service is free for our customers. The eight-digit code for returning shipments to us is 91031433.
