člověk si objedná K#rvu stim ze obsah nikotinu bude 40mg/sáček a ono přijde k#rva s obsahem 4,6mg sáček no to mě poser

Dobrý den, objednal jste si Kurwa Fatality a Kurwa Killer, kde je obsah nikotinu 46,9 mg/g, 32,8 mg/sáček. Žádnou stížnost ani reklamaci na dodané zboží od Vás neevidujeme.

špatné označení síly !!!,pro mě nepoužitelné,příliš silmé označeno třemi puntíky na vyobrazní obchodu,reálně jich je na krabičce pět

Dobrý den, pokud jde o samotné puntíky, tak konkrétně značka 77 měnila nedávno způsob označování síly kvůli přidání silnějšího produktu do sortimentu (77 Ghost editon 50 mg). Obsah nikotinu je vždy uveden u konkrétního produktu, ve Vašem případě se jedná o hodnotu 20 mg/g (10 mg/sáček). Tato hodnota je tedy u této značky stejná jak u původního vizuálu s pěti puntíky, tak u nového kde jsou puntíky tři. Děkujeme za pochopení.

Spokojená, rychlé dodání a super komunikace po telefonu, kdy pán volal, že ne vše je skladem, jestli může nahradit jinou příchutí + dáreček 🙂
